日ごろお世話になっている整骨院の先生と先日飲む機会がありました。
その時に割れた腹筋を手に入れるトレーニングを教えてもらいましたのでご紹介。
床にあお向けになり、膝を90度になるように曲げます。
そして、90度を保ったまま足をあげ太ももとお腹の角度も90度にします。
￣｜＿o ←横から見るとこのような感じ。
この状態で、胸の前で両腕をクロスします。
これが基本体勢。
この体勢から両肘をふとももにつけます。そして、5秒キープ。
5秒経ったらゆっくり基本体勢に戻ります。
これを繰り返し、毎日10回を5セットすると、ハンパない割れた腹筋ができるそうです。
そろそろ夏に向けて、体を絞りたいと思っていたので、これから寝る前の日課にしたいと思います。
